A lot of people think open houses are just about walking through a home.

But sometimes… they turn into something much more.

I want to share a quick story with you, because this is exactly why I love what I do.

Early in my real estate career, I met a couple at one of my open houses.

At the time, it was just a simple conversation.

Nothing formal. No pressure.

Just getting to know each other.

But over time, that conversation turned into something bigger.

This is something I want buyers and sellers to understand.
